Service Agreement

GROUP LESSONS

If there are not enough participants before a group program begins, we reserve the right to modify or cancel the group. If this occurs, you will be fully refunded.

PRIVATE LESSONS

Students are required to pay for a minimum of 4 lessons at a time. In the event that you are unable to attend a lesson, there will be no refunds with the following exceptions:

  • Enough notice is given for your absence to allow Vanessa to find another student to fill your spot.
  • You are able to find a replacement student (with Vanessa's approval).

PLEASE NOTE

  • Payments must be received promptly after submitting a registration, otherwise you risk losing your spot. This is considered an incomplete registration.
  • Payments are non-refundable.
  • If you arrive late, your lesson end time remains the same.
  • Parents/guardians may be present during lessons at Vanessa's discretion. Please talk to Vanessa about your situation.
  • You will not be charged if we have to cancel a lesson.
  • There will be no lessons taught on Provincial or Federal Holidays and you will not be charged for these days.
